And that would be one very, very important, albeit also heartbreaking, reason why Jack couldn't stay in the Nexus. Minoru honestly hoped, wherever the kids were, that they were safe. Or at least as safe as they could be.
"Okay. Tell you what." Minoru pushed off with his feet, spinning all the way down to follow Jack. "I'll pick some up tomorrow, get a few lessons from Harley, and the next time you're visiting, we'll have another go at it. But first, I totally want to see what you can do on those!"
He was hopeful that would put a smile back on the other man's face. Even if only for a little while.
